German Raw Apple Cake
4 C peeled & chopped apples; 2 C flour
2 C sugar; 2 tsp.soda
2 tsp.cinnamon; 1 tsp.salt
Mix with apples until well coated.
Add: 2 eggs; 1/2 C oil
2 tsp. vanilla
Bake 45 min. @ 375
One of my favorites and have had it for over 30 years.
