Goourmet Walnut Meat Balls

Gourmet Walnut Meat Balls
1 lb. ground chuck or round; 1 egg beaten;
½  C milk; 1 C fine soft bread crumbs;
1 tsp. chili con carne seasoning; 1 tsp.salt;
1/8 tsp. seasoned pepper; 1 tbsp. instant minced
Onion; 1 tbsp. minced parsley; ¾ C finely chopped
toasted walnuts.  Combine all ingredients, mixing until well blended. Shape into small balls about ¾ inch in diameter.  Cook in moderately hot skillet, using just enough oil to keep meat balls from sticking, about 1 tbsp.  Shake pan now and then to keep meat balls as round as possible.  When nicely browned and meat is desired degree of doneness, remove and keep warm (or refrigerate) until ready to serve.  Serve with Guacamole or Spicy Catsup Dip and finely chopped toasted walnuts.

First had this over 25 years ago at a Christmas Party!  Fell in love with it and obtained recipe form the Hostess.
